Customs FAQ

When will PTI need to have the customs data supplied by?

We will need the data no later than 3pm on the day of dispatch. This will  enable us to upload the information and receive clearance from Customs to proceed

What happens if the customs data is not supplied in time?

The goods will not be shipped to Ireland and will remain at our warehouse and could potentially incur storage charges
